(1) The Judicial Council may warn the concerned judge for the first time in the case as per section 10 or 12. If there is no improvement in the situation or in case of bad conduct or serious violation of the Code of Conduct according to Section 11, the Judicial Council shall take action against such judge in accordance with Clause (c) of Clause (1) of Article 142 or Clause (c) of Clause (6) of Article 149 of the Constitution. .

But in the case of Supreme Court judges, it will be according to Article 131 of the Constitution.
